Gas calibration laboratory, flows and environmental sampling
To guarantee the quality of our services, ensure that the data is correct, guarantee traceability and reliability of the results obtained in the calibrations, we have and offer our clients a Laboratory accredited by ENAC (National Accreditation Entity) with specific calibration procedures, according to reference standard: UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 and ENAC accreditation with registration number.
Our Laboratory has standards with traceability to national and international standards of Calibration Laboratories accredited by ENAC and international accreditation bodies that are members of the EA (European Cooperation for Accreditation).
Gas calibration, gas concentration according to the UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard:
Category 0 (permanent laboratory calibrations)
and Category 1 (on-site calibrations).
Instruments to be calibrated: Ambient air analysers.
Scope of service:
- OZONE CONCENTRATION (O3)
- CARBON MONOXIDE (CO) CONCENTRATION
- NITROGEN MONOXIDE CONCENTRATION (NO)
- CONCENTRATION OF SULFUR DIOXIDE (SO2)
- NITROGEN DIOXIDE CONCENTRATION (NO2)
- CONCENTRATION OF BENZENE (C6H6)
- CONCENTRATION OF HYDROGEN SULFUR ACID (H2S)
Flow calibration according to UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 standard,
Category 0 (permanent laboratory calibrations)
and Category 1 (on-site calibrations).
Instruments to be calibrated: flow controllers, flow meters.
Scope of service:
- 10 ml/min ≤ Q ≤ 50 000 m l/min
Sampling for the subsequent determination of PM10 and PM2.5 particles, according to the UNE-EN 12341 standard, Category 1 (on-site calibrations).
Scope of service:
- Ambient Air: Sampling for subsequent determination of PM10 and PM2.5 particles in an accredited laboratory. Obtaining the Report of the Correction Factor of the continuous particle analyzers.
